Roadmap and Go-to-Market Strategy
Sendit has a clear plan to launch and grow.
In simple terms, it follows these phases:
Build & Prepare (Early Phase): The team will first build the core platform and tools (smart contracts, marketplace interface, seller dashboards). Partnerships will be formed (for example with crypto projects or educational platforms) and a community core team will be assembled.
Beta Launch (Mid Phase): A limited early release invites select creators to list products and provide feedback. Marketing kicks off targeting crypto groups and creator communities. This is the “soft opening” where the system is tested and refined.
Official Launch (Growth Phase): After polishing, Sendit opens to the public. The focus is on onboarding sellers (especially digital creators like course authors, gamers, artists) and buyers by promoting lower fees and global payments. Influencer campaigns, airdrops, and affiliate incentives help attract users. This phase may include launching on mobile and adding more crypto payment options.
Expand & Optimize (Scaling Phase): As user numbers grow, Sendit will add new features – like more detailed seller analytics, additional languages, cross-chain crypto support, and fiat payment gateways. The community (DAO) may propose enhancements. Marketing will broaden into mainstream digital creator channels and blockchain events. Analytics are used to continuously improve the user experience.
Each phase has specific goals (like number of users, volume of sales, number of partner projects) and a timeline. For example, in year one, Sendit aims to achieve 1,000 active sellers and a certain volume of monthly transactions. These milestones guide the project without overwhelming users with details.
